SUPreme Paddle Gear Warranty
At SUPreme Paddle Gear, we proudly stand behind all of our products. Customer Service is our number one priority. We understand that there are a lot of choices out there and we want to make sure our customers are 100% happy with their SUPreme purchase.
SUPreme Paddle Gear is warranted against manufacturing defects (as determined by SUPreme) for one year from the date of purchase. Wetsuit accessories (Boots, gloves and hoods) are warranted from 90 days from date of purchase. SUPreme will replace or repair, at our discretion, any product proving to be defective. This warranty does not apply to damages caused by misuse of the product, lack of reasonable care, accidents or loss of the product.
If you believe your SUPreme product is defective or if you wish to have it repaired, please return them via UPS, Express Mail or any other method that allows the product to be insured and traced if lost, directly to:

Please include a photocopy of your receipt, your name, daytime phone number, and return shipping address. Allow 2-3 weeks for repair and replacement.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL RETURNED WETSUITS MUST BE CLEAN AND DRY. ANY SUIT THAT IS RECEIVED WET OR DIRTY WILL BE RETURNED WITHOUT REVIEW AT THE CONSUMERS EXPENSE.
